Notarizing a Degree in Canada

1. The affixation of the Consular Seals:

The Consular Seals will be affixed on the Official Documents issued by the local government, and organization in the Consulate’s jurisdiction (Ontario, Manitoba)

This Office shall only affix the Consular Seal when it is determined to be appropriate.

Each document requiring the Consular Seal must first be notarized by a notary public.

The required documents for the affixation of the Consular Seals on university degree are:

1. Original degree
2. Notarized degree
3. Passport
4. Sealed transcript
5. $4.40 (Cash or Money order, Personal Check is not accepted)

In case of applying by mail, a Prepaid Return Envelop (only ExPress Post is accepted) is also required to return the documents.
