Welcome!

My name is Dan Henrickson, and for the past two years it has been my pleasure to help motivated, out-going teachers, secure reliable ESL teaching jobs in Korea. This mission has been very rewarding and I look forward to continuing my efforts in helping others get to Korea with the help of reliable information and support.

In recent years, Korea has become the premiere destination for native English speaking, University graduates, looking for a combination of travel, unique culture, good quality of living, and rewarding jobs, while managing to save between 500,000 to 1,000,000 won each month.

My wife, son and I spent almost 2 years in Korea, while my wife and I taught in a variety of classroom settings. This helped us understand what to look for in schools, as well as how to prepare future teachers for the world of teaching ESL in Korea. We have helped more than 200 teachers to date, and we strive to do anything we can to make your stay in Korea one of the best years of your life.

Our personal experience, and commitment to providing the best support for teachers, will help you feel comfortable during the entire job hunt process.

With:
  • Teachers in all major cities in Korea to help with your transition,
  • Reliable, proven schools,
  • And events throughout the year to bring our teachers together,

Teach ESL Korea Hike April 2008
Teach ESL Korea (TESLK) has become the teacher's choice for a company to help people with the exciting process of living in Korea for at least one year.

Please take your time to review the information on this site. It has been designed to help you understand life in Korea, while preparing you for this remarkable experience. This is exciting, but we also want each and every applicant to take this process seriously. Make sure it is right for you. The schools, the parents and the children will welcome you with open arms; while expecting you to be professional, helpful and energetic at school.
